Smart Upsell Free Shipping Bar

The Smart Upsell Free Shipping Bar helps you to display the Total cart value and the missing amount till your target(what you set) on your Shopify page using the theme customizer. Additionally you can set different links pointing to your collections or custom pages from the Bar.

  1. Install app ( !! During installation we are including our section automatically in your theme.liquid file !! )
  2. Open your Theme Customizer and the application will be already there on the top at the sections You don’t have to add it manually!
  3. Click on enable Free Shipping Bar

Install App

App will automatically install required files on the first activation. You can re-install files manually by going to the Apps page and click the update button.

Display App Section in theme

  1. In Shopify Admin click Online Store under [SALES CHANNELS] and then open the customizer.
  2. The application will be already there on the top at the sections You don’t have to add it manually!
  3. On the top left corner click on Free Shipping Bar
  4. Click on enable Free Shipping Bar
  5. And set everything how you would like 🙂

Short explanation of the settings

  • Enable Free Shipping bar — If it is unticked the bar will not be visible
  • Show when cart is empty — If it is unticked and cart is empty, bar will not be visible
  • Free shipping target amount — Target amount for the customer to reach free shipping or other promotion
  • Prefix — Prefix before the target amount
  • Suffix — Suffix before the target amount
  • Message for target achieved — The message you want to show on the bar when the target amount is achieved in the cart
  • Accomplished target link — The link you want the bar to point to when target achieved( i.e. custom page/ custom collection)
  • Empty cart message — Message you want to show when cart is empty
  • Empty cart link — The link you want the bar point to when the cart is empty( i.e custom page/ custom collection)
  • Upsell collection link — The link you want the bar point to when cart is not empty and under the target amount (i.e custom page/ custom collection)
  • Closable bar — Customer can close/hide the bar if it is ticked
  • Stick to the top on large screen — The bar is sticking to the top on large screen if it is ticked ( not working with every theme, so please make trial )
  • CSS — You can add your own CSS to modify the look of the bar, do this only if you are familiar with CSS

Removing the application

  • First you need to Uninstall App Files by clicking on the Red colored Uninstall Button in the application
  • After the first step you can uninstall the app normally from the Apps
